The Ukrainian Logistics Alliance (ULA) is an independent platform that facilitates cooperation between national and international companies to effectively expand the intermodal transport system and coordinate integration efforts with the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) and international transport corridors.

The Alliance is a stronghold for national and international transport and logistics companies, terminals, operators and owners of railway rolling stock and traction - to enter the Ukrainian or international market.
